Research and Conservation

About

The Research and Conservation team at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden focuses on scientific studies and initiatives aimed at preserving wildlife and plant species. Team members conduct advanced research on animal behavior, genetics, and reproductive science, engage in plant biodiversity studies, and implement conservation programs both locally and globally. They also work on sustainability projects to support the zoo's mission to achieve net-zero environmental impact and foster community partnerships for broader conservation efforts.
