Gail Heiselman

Gail Heiselman has a strong background in software engineering and management. Gail started their career at Software Solutions in 1983 as a Lead Technical Writer. In this role, they were responsible for creating technical documentation for the company. In 1985, Gail moved to MarketVision Research where they served as a Business Manager until 1988. There, they gained experience in business management and overseeing operations. In 1988, Gail joined Cincom Systems as the Director of Software Engineering. At Cincom, they led a global team of over 75 professionals, including product managers, project managers, developers, and quality leads. Gail successfully guided the team in developing and improving Cincom's manufacturing, document solutions, and configure-price-quote product lines. Gail is known for their ability to exceed customer expectations and provide career growth opportunities for their team.

Gail Heiselman holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Capital Management and Leadership from Miami University. Additionally, they have obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from the same institution. In February 2018, Gail completed the Certified Agile Leader (CAL II) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Gail also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) designation from the same institution in January 2018.
