Snigdho Das

Snigdho Das has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a Project Lead and Architect for TCS at Morgan Stanley, where they worked on the Swift XMS project. Snigdho then moved on to Lehman Brothers in 2004, where they held various roles including Project Lead, Architect, and Project Manager, working on projects related to Credit Products, Client Connectivity, and PNS Workstation. In 2008, Snigdho joined Barclays Capital as an Architect and Project Manager for TCS, working on Credit Products for Market Risk. Snigdho then worked at The World Bank from 2009 to 2012 as a Solutions Architect and Project Manager for TCS, focusing on enterprise search applications. Snigdho also worked at Fifth Third Bank from 2012 to 2017 as an Enterprise Architect and Project Manager for TCS, contributing to the Portal Modernization program. Snigdho then joined PenFed Credit Union in 2017 as a Consultant for TCS, working as an Agile Manager and Architect for the PenFed Micro-Services program. Currently, Snigdho is working at Cincom Systems, starting in 2018 as a Senior Principal Architect, and currently serving as the Managing Director of Engineering. In this role, they provide leadership and guidance for the global engineering team, and collaborates with the executive team to develop the vision for all active offerings and for Cincom as a whole.

Snigdho Das obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from 1995 to 1999. Snigdho also obtained several additional certifications, including TOGAF 9 from The Open Group in June 2016, PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute in June 2008, PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) from the Project Management Institute in March 2017, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in April 2021.
