Candace Niejadlik

Candace Niejadlik has extensive experience in the entertainment and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on talent management and operational leadership. Since June 2009, Candace has held various managerial roles at Cineplex, including Manager of Talent and Performance, Training and Development Consultant, General Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. Prior to this, Candace worked as a Manager at Cineplex Entertainment from 2002 to 2009 and served as Front Services Supervisor at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort from May 2004 to November 2005. Candace's educational background includes studies at Sheridan College from 1999 to 2001, as well as ongoing education at Niagara College since 2015.
