Saurabh Singh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Cinepolis Corporativo since October 2016, focusing on HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals while prioritizing people-centric approaches. Prior to this role, Saurabh held various HR positions at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts from September 2010 to October 2016, including General Manager - Human Resources, where responsibilities included HR operations, employee engagement, training facilitation, and managing union and industrial relations issues.
