Jannicke Rinderud has over 20 years of work experience. Jannicke began their career in 1997 as a Project Manager for Eductus Mälardalen AB, where they were responsible for starting up educational projects in two locations. In 2000, they took on the role of Plats- och Försäljningsansvarig at Svenska Studieteknikforlaget, where they organized activities related to the sale of courses and literature and arranged events with open lectures. From 2005 to 2010, Jannicke worked at Jajja Communications AB, where they held three roles: Following Up Coordinator, Account Manager and Customer Service Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer relationships, offering services to existing customers and providing support to company employees. From 2016 to 2018, Jannicke worked as a Program Coordinator at Ruter Dam Chefsutveckling och Affärsnätverk, where they organized and administered activities related to the company's management development and mentorship programs, as well as coordinated events in the business network. Since 2018, Jannicke has been working at Junglemap Sweden as a Customer Success Manager, where they are responsible for creating millions of lessons in areas such as information security and privacy protection. Most recently, they began working at Cinode in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager Enterprise, where their role involves onboarding, supporting, and developing larger customers in their work around skills management.

Jannicke Rinderud has a varied educational background. Jannicke began their studies in 1996 at Eductus Mälardalen AB, where they completed a Diplomkurs - arbetsmarknadsutbildning in Projektledarutbildning. In 1998, they attended TBV Akademien (Numera Sensus) and completed a Diplomeringskurs in Marknadsekonom. From 2001 to 2003, they attended Stockholm University and earned an A-C in Beteendevetenskap. In 2018, they completed a Stabsassistent at Totalförsvarets frivilligutbildning in Grundläggande soldatutbildning samt befattningsutbildning Stabsassistent HKV. In 2021, they attended University of Skövde and completed a Terminskurs in Förändringsledning.
