Christi Matzke

Christi Matzke is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Human Resources at Cintal, Inc., Christi leads the execution of HR policies and manages key processes such as performance management and benefits administration. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Stark Excavating, Inc., where Christi revamped HR processes, and a long tenure at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities ranged from HR consulting to immigration services and coaching. Christi holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Human Resources Management from DeVry University and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Central College.
