Liisa Pursiheimo

Liisa Pursiheimo, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Director of Human Resources at SACHEM, Inc., where leadership is provided across all HR functions, including culture, compensation, and talent development. With prior roles such as Talent Management Director at SACHEM, Executive Coach and Senior Consultant at Right Management, Principal Consultant at Forte HR Consulting, and Director of Talent Management at EZCorp, Liisa has extensive expertise in talent processes, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. Additionally, Liisa contributed to talent development at NXP following its acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor. Liisa holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku.
