Yesica Silva

Yesica Silva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Head of People at CIO Landing, Inc. since February 2023, Yesica also holds the roles of Advisor, Partner, and Co-Founder at ÜMA Salud IA, which focuses on transforming health management in Latin America using AI. Previously, Yesica worked as HR Manager at Emergencias and Head of People at CIO Landing, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. With a solid background at IBM as a Delivery Manager and IT Team Lead, Yesica also contributed as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Universidad del Salvador. Yesica's educational credentials include a Licenciatura in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, a certification in Privacy Law and HIPAA from Penn State Law, a Digital Talent Program from Digital House, and specialization in Rorschach testing from Colegio de Psicólogos San Isidro.
