Giorgia Gamba Quilliam has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Giorgia started their career as a Project Manager at the International Consortium of Solidarity (ICS) in 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Training Coordinator at Det Norske Veritas and later became the International Department Manager at Stanfords. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Copyright Executive at The Economist.

In 2008, Giorgia joined Refugee Youth Project as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing projects with young refugees and asylum seekers. Giorgia also implemented fundraising strategies and established organizational structures. Giorgia then moved to Phoenix Futures as a Learning and Development Officer, providing training and overseeing administrative systems for 650 staff members.

In 2011, Giorgia became the Training Manager at the Liberal Democrats, where they launched and managed the party's first online training platform. Giorgia also organized training activities for parliamentary candidates and ran a leadership program to increase diversity among elected representatives.

Since 2014, Giorgia has been associated with CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Initially, they worked as a Content Manager, Learning & Development, curating and delivering L&D content through various channels. Later, they took on the role of Learning Content Manager, overseeing the development and delivery of CIPD learning content, with a focus on management development and core areas of the CIPD Profession Map.

Throughout their career, Giorgia has demonstrated a strong commitment to learning and development, as well as a passion for supporting and empowering individuals in their professional growth.

Giorgia Gamba Quilliam has a diverse education history. Giorgia obtained a Diploma in Learning and Development (Level 5 QCF) from CIPD in 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Learning and Development Administration from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2011. In terms of higher education, they pursued an LLB in Law from Birkbeck, University of London, but the specific duration of their studies is unclear. Giorgia also holds a degree in Political Science, which they earned from Università degli Studi di Milano in 1999. Giorgia'ssecondary education took place from 1986 to 1991, during which they studied English, French, Italian Literature, and Maths. In addition to their formal education, Giorgia has obtained certifications in other areas. In May 2016, they achieved a beginner level of Spanish fluency through Duolingo. In December 2013, they acquired the Prince2 Project Manager certification from APMG-International.
