Swapn Malpani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement within the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. Currently serving as CEO - Emerging Markets & Europe at Cipla since December 2016, Swapn oversees one of four business units and participates in the Global Management Council, driving long-term strategic growth. Previously held significant roles at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Mars, and a Fortune 50 FMCG MNC, demonstrating a strong background in strategic sourcing, logistics, and operational leadership. Swapn holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from REC Nagpur and GEC Jabalpur.
