Larry Webster

Larry Webster has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Cirata since July 2013. Prior to this role, Larry held the position of Special Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from April 2010 to July 2013 and was the owner of Webster & Associates from May 2002 to April 2010. Larry began a legal career as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer and Hughes & Luce, LLP, following a managerial position at Nortel Networks from September 1996 to May 1998. Educationally, Larry holds a JD in Law, a BS in Business Management, and a BA in Asian Studies, all from Brigham Young University.
