Katelyn Howard-Gomez has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Katelyn started as an Assistant Front of House Manager/Development Intern at Commonwealth Shakespeare Company in 2014. In 2015, they interned as a Risk Assurance Intern at PwC. Katelyn then served as a Student Manager (Labmanager) at Babson College from 2012 to 2016, and also worked as an Admissions Intern during the summer of 2013.

In 2016, Katelyn joined Teach For America as a High School Math Teacher. After that, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Barkly from 2017 to 2018. Katelyn then joined WordStream as a Customer Success Associate, where they actively managed a client portfolio and provided advanced paid-search consulting support.

From 2019 to 2023, they held roles at two different companies. At Teikametrics, they worked as a Customer Success Manager, actively managing Amazon advertising efforts for a portfolio of SMB to Mid-Sized Clients. Katelyn optimized account structure and performance, provided customer feedback to the product team, and communicated product development timelines to clients.

Later, Katelyn joined Klaviyo as a Senior Customer Success Manager, first focusing on SMB customers and then transitioning to a role at scale. Katelyn proactively managed a book of business, maintained low churn rates, and undertook various initiatives such as constructing a more intuitive Zendesk Dashboard and creating a quarterly macro maintenance program.

Most recently, Katelyn joined Circle as a Senior Customer Success Manager in 2023.

Katelyn Howard-Gomez has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on IT Management from Babson College. Katelyn attended Babson College from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also studied Chinese Language and Literature at East China Normal University. Before attending college, Katelyn Howard-Gomez graduated from Kealakehe High School in 2012 with a BOE Diploma - Cum Laude.

In addition to their formal education, Katelyn Howard-Gomez has obtained several certifications. Katelyn completed Tableau Level I and Level II courses at Noble Desktop in March 2023. Katelyn also completed courses on effective speaking, giving and receiving feedback, asking productive questions, and staying on point in presentations through LinkedIn in 2022. Katelyn Howard-Gomez has a certification in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online, obtained in March 2022. Katelyn has also completed courses in project management, data storytelling, agile methodology, and various certifications related to Klaviyo, a marketing platform.
