Lakeisha Coston-Nhep

Lakeisha Coston-Nhep has diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lakeisha started their career as a Traffic Producer at Traffic.com in 2006, where they updated traffic information and contacted media agencies for breaking news. Lakeisha then joined Bella Pictures in 2007, initially working as an Inside Sales Representative, advising potential clients about photography packages and arranging sales meetings. Later, they became a Senior Assignment Desk Administrator at Bella Pictures, managing pre-wedding accounts and coordinating photographers and filmmakers nationwide. In 2012, Lakeisha transitioned to Avalon Institute as a Career Services Advisor, providing guidance to students. Lakeisha then joined Chloe + Isabel LLC in 2013, starting as a Merchandiser Community Growth Associate and eventually becoming a Senior Merchandiser Community Growth Associate, focused on community engagement and growth. In 2016, Lakeisha joined ClearCare as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and subsequently worked in various roles including SDR Team Lead and SDR Manager, responsible for managing a team. Most recently, they joined CircleCI as a Commercial Customer Success Manager in 2019 and has been promoted to the role of Commercial Technical Success Manager in 2022.

Lakeisha Coston-Nhep obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University. Additionally, they hold certifications in "Introduction to DevOps and DevSecOps" from Accelebrate, obtained in February 2022, and "DevOps Foundation" from the DevOps Institute, obtained in April 2021.
