Abdussalam Syed

Abdussalam Syed is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR analytics and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Analytics at CIRCOR International, Inc. since May 2021, Abdussalam previously held the position of Manager - HR Workforce Planning at Avaya from February 2012 to April 2021. Prior to that, Abdussalam worked as a Sr. Associate in the Process Excellence Team at Principal Global Services from August 2006 to February 2012 and as a Process Associate at EXL Service from 2004 to 2006. Abdussalam holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2015-2017) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development (2010-2011), alongside completing 10th grade at Holy Cross English High School (1992-1995).
