Head of Customer at Circular

Marta Gómez-Navarro is the Head of Customer at Circular. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at Hello Mentor and Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler. Marta has also worked at Uber as the Head of Customer & Product Insights. At Uber, they led the team to set up and program managed the collection and actioning of customer insights from support data, ensuring customer impact by working closely with the Operations and Product teams for insight sourcing and implementation. Marta also worked with Product teams to ensure positive customer impact of product launches and changes through strategic participation in the decision making, and ensured that the Customer Support organization was ready to be able to support any changes to our apps or internal systems: content, training, staffing, post-launch analysis, etc.

Marta Gómez-Navarro has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Northeastern University with a focus in finance and marketing. Marta has also completed a business sustainability management online short course from the University of Cambridge. In addition, they have a certification from Al Gore's Climate Reality Leadership Training in climate leadership and a certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in Six Sigma Black Belt. Finally, they are also certified by FINRA in Series 7 & 63.
