Steve Goodier

Steve Goodier has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Steve is currently the Founder and Chief Executive of CirculOil since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Director and Founder of Nexcel Ltd from May 2019 to October 2020. Steve also has experience at Castrol, where they served as the Programme Director - Nexcel from May 2013 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at Castrol InnoVentures as the Lead - Next Generation Engineering from November 2011 to June 2019. Steve was also associated with bp, where they held various roles, including Founder and Programme Director - NEXCEL from August 1997 to May 2019, Joint Engineering Director of Technology from December 2008 to November 2011, US HD Director of Technology from December 2005 to December 2008, OEM Technical Manager from May 2002 to December 2005, and Project Manager/Project Engineer from September 2000 to May 2002. Prior to their time at bp, Steve worked at Mirrlees Blackstone Diesels as an R&D Project Leader from April 1985 to August 1996.

Steve Goodier attended Hope Valley College from 1980 to 1985. Steve'sdegree and field of study during this time are unknown. Steve later pursued an MBA at Oxford Brookes University, specializing in business. Lastly, they studied mechanical and production engineering at The University of Salford.
