Joe Hawke

Joe Hawke has a diverse work experience in various communication roles. Joe is currently the Director of Communications at Cirium since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Communications at Sponge from 2022 to 2023, where they managed a team of professionals and handled various communication responsibilities. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Public Relations Manager - EMEA & APAC at SOTI, where they established PR operations and implemented communication strategies. Joe also worked as a Consultant at Insignia - Crisis Management Training, Planning, and Consultancy from 2017 to 2019, providing crisis management and communication counseling to clients. Joe Hawke's earlier experience includes working as a Trainee Account Executive and Account Manager at Berkeley Global from 2012 to 2017 and as a Trainee Journalist at Cardiff University from 2011 to 2012.

Joe Hawke has a solid educational background in journalism and history and politics. Joe obtained a postgraduate degree in Journalism from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History & Politics at the University of Exeter. Their education journey started at Uppingham School, where they completed their GCSEs and A-levels in subjects such as History, Politics, Economics, and German.
