Farkhanda Stewart is an accomplished global customer success leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Farkhanda serves as the Director of Customer Success at Cisco, focusing on AppDynamics since June 2023. Previously held significant positions at Smartsheet as Director of Customer Success for Strategic, Select, and Federal Government Accounts, and at Auth0 as Sr. Director, Customer Success, where Farkhanda transformed the Customer Success Management organization. Additional roles include leadership positions at Apttus, Fliptop, Demandbase, and Epocrates, where Farkhanda cultivated strong client relationships and developed successful customer success strategies.
