Bill Vanderwall

Bill VanderWall, MBA, has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Bill is currently the VP of Business Applications at Cision, where they lead a global team of 70+ people in transforming key business applications and establishing a Bus Apps Governance process. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Business Applications at Malwarebytes, where they transformed the Business Applications team, built a Business Intelligence function, and led major operational process improvement and automation efforts. Bill also worked at Adobe as the Director of Information Systems, responsible for integrating Marketo Business Applications to Adobe Business Systems. Before that, they were the Sr. Director of IT at Marketo, where they built the IT organization from scratch and developed strategies for overhauling IT applications. Bill also worked as the Sr. Director of IT at Scientific Learning, where they performed a complete overhaul of IT operations and infrastructure. Additionally, they served as the Director of IT Business Applications at Riverbed Technology, Inc., overseeing all internal IT applications. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Consultant at VanderWall Group, Inc., and held leadership roles at Williams-Sonoma, AOL Time Warner/AOL/Netscape, and Accenture (Andersen Consulting).

Bill VanderWall holds an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Calvin University, where they earned a BA degree in History.
