Tim Lardner

Tim Lardner has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and financial services. Tim currently serves as an Engineering Team Lead at Citadel Securities, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tim also worked as a Senior Software Engineer and another Engineering Team Lead at Citadel Securities from April 2021 to September 2021 and from September 2021 to February 2023, respectively.

Before joining Citadel Securities, Tim worked at Beacon Platform as a Senior Financial Engineer from August 2018 to April 2021. Tim also gained experience at J.P. Morgan as an Associate Software Engineer from June 2017 to August 2018.

Prior to starting their career in the industry, Tim worked as a Research Associate at the University of Strathclyde from October 2014 to June 2017.

Tim Lardner pursued their education at the University of Strathclyde, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Tim attended this program from 2005 to 2010. Tim furthered their studies at the same university, where they received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from 2010 to 2016.
