Matt Jahansouz

Matt Jahansouz is Citadel’s Chief People Officer. He is responsible for leading the firm’s recruiting, employee experience and career development efforts.

Prior to joining Citadel, he served as Chief People Officer at WeWork, where he helped to lead the company’s turnaround and organizational restructuring. Prior to WeWork, Matt spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs, where he held senior roles in global recruiting and human resources strategy. He began his career at Deloitte as a consultant in its human capital consulting practice.

Matt received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University.
