Ron Cline

Ron Cline is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing the Lubricants Operation at CITGO Petroleum since September 2015. Previously, Ron served as Plant Manager for ConocoPhillips from July 2004 to April 2014, where responsibilities included management of marine dock operations, blending, packaging, and ensuring safety and profitability at a Lubricants Plant. Additionally, Ron held the role of Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, implementing process improvements across multiple manufacturing plants. Ron's career began in production supervision and coordination roles within Conoco, and included a foundation in military service as a Military Policeman. Educational qualifications include a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Data Analysis and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business.
