Jolly C.L. Shih is an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Taiwan at Citi since August 2021, Jolly has previously held key roles including VP of Talent Acquisition at HSBC for Taiwan and Japan, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Acer.
