Mayola Leal

Mayola Leal is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Program Management Risk Oversight at Citi since May 2023. With a long tenure at Santander Consumer USA that began in July 2014, Mayola has held multiple roles including Business Risk and Controls, Governance and Strategies, where innovative solutions and design-thinking methodologies were applied to enhance Risk and Control Executive reporting and regulatory deliverables. Previous experience includes leadership positions at STEELPIPE NEW ZEALAND, where Mayola led the design and implementation of a business process model, and PepsiCo, managing significant national accounts and developing impactful marketing campaigns. Mayola's career commenced at Amcor Pet Mexico focusing on quality improvement in recycling processes.
