Sammy Sathekge

Sammy Sathekge is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate treasury and liquidity management, currently serving as Director of Sub-Saharan Africa Corporate Treasury at Citi. Previous roles at Citi include Senior Vice President of Liquidity Management Services, Senior Vice President of Finance, and Senior Vice President of Planning & Analysis for EMEA - Africa. Sammy also held significant positions at Barclays as Head of Business Performance and in finance and strategy. Earlier in the career at Liberty Group South Africa, roles included Investor Relations, Financial Manager, and Internal Audit. Sammy earned an MBA in Management Studies from Wits Business School and an MCom in Local and International Tax from Rand Afrikaanse University.
