Soumik Basu

Soumik Basu is a technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation testing. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior SDET Analyst at Citi since April 2021, Soumik has developed an automation suite covering over 600 test cases for various environments and created frameworks to streamline testing processes. Prior to this role, Soumik worked at Netcracker Technology from December 2016 to April 2021 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, establishing a UI automation framework and automating backend processes. Additionally, Soumik's background includes experience as a Functional Test Engineer at Amdocs, specializing in CRM systems. Soumik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology.
