Stacey Foster

Stacey Foster has extensive experience in risk management and business transformation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Director and Business Risk Senior Group Manager at Citi since July 2019, Stacey leads risk management initiatives for Securities Services and drives digital transformation. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Operational Risk Management, where emphasis was placed on global operational risk coverage and governance. Prior to Citi, Stacey held the position of Vice President of Risk Management at Deutsche Bank, focusing on risk and controls, and has a history at Bank of America and Fidelity Investments in operations and client service roles. In addition to professional endeavors, Stacey owns The Duchess Tea Cottage, offering quality English tea and treats. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Leading Innovative Change from the University of California, Berkeley, an MA in Public Communications from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor of Arts from Plymouth State University.
