Safety Communications Analyst at Citizen

Valdemar Ozuna began their work experience in 2009 as an Infantry in the Texas Army National Guard, where they performed various duties related to combat and reconnaissance missions. In 2016, they transitioned into freelance work as a Music Producer, Mixing/Mastering Engineer, DJ, and Artist. In 2019, they joined XL Event Lab, initially as a DJ/MC/Host and later as an Assistant Build & Safety Manager. From August to September 2021, they worked as a Stagehand at Steelman Production, assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for live performances. In early 2022, they briefly worked as a Sponsor Support at Unbound, a nonprofit organization. Currently, they hold the position of a Central Operations Analyst at Citizen, starting in June 2022.

Valdemar Ozuna attended Full Sail University from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Production. In addition to their degree, Valdemar also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they completed a certification in Personal Branding Basics from Lynda.com. Then, in March 2017, Valdemar obtained a certification in Foundations of Audio: EQ and Filters, also from Lynda.com. Finally, in August 2018, they acquired a certification in An Insider's Guide to Today's Music Biz: 6 Marketing and Promotion, again from Lynda.com.
