Deidre Doherty

Deidre Doherty is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate transactions and finance law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel at Citizens since January 2020, Deidre previously held various roles at State Street from September 2012 to December 2019, including Vice President and Senior Counsel focused on Fund Finance and Vice President and Counsel for Credit Services. Deidre began their career at Bingham McCutchen as Of Counsel, and has also served as an Academic Coach at Dean College. Deidre holds a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
