Lisa Weingarten Richards

Lisa Weingarten Richards is currently serving as the Senior Counsel at Citizens, holding the title of Senior Vice President - Legal Consumer Operations. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP specializing in Banking and FinTech law. With a background as a Partner at McGonigle, P.C., Lisa brings a wealth of expertise to their current position. Lisa's extensive legal experience includes roles at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Office of the New York State Attorney General. In addition, Lisa has worked as a Research Assistant and Vice President in various capacities, demonstrating a diverse skill set. Lisa holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in Psychology and Visual Art from Columbia University.
