Susan LaMonica

Susan LaMonica is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Citizens Bank. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, they served as a Councilwoman for the Borough of Allendale from January 2008 to January 2014. From January 2007 to May 2011, they were the Principal of LaMonica Consulting. From January 1985 to December 2006, they were the Managing Director and HR Executive for Global Markets and Investment Banking at JP Morgan Chase.

Susan LaMonica has a BS in Finance from Boston College and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
