Richard Campbell

Richard Campbell is the Vice President of Policy and Research at Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Specialist in Energy Policy at the Library of Congress from 2009 to December 2022. With a strong background in energy and environmental systems, Richard has held various senior positions at organizations such as B&D Consulting, PPL Corporation, American Forest & Paper Association, and the National Academy of Sciences. Richard also has experience in consulting at Standard & Poor's. Richard holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and degrees in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and Electrical Engineering from the University of New Haven.
