C.J. Tate, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Cletus “C.J.” began their career in 2012 as an intern with the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission, where they gained valuable knowledge in wildlife conservation and community outreach. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an Assistant Managing Director at Mars Hill University, demonstrating their ability to provide effective leadership and facilitate communication within a team. In 2015, they transitioned into the entertainment industry as a performer at the Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, showcasing their acting and dancing skills. In 2018, they worked as a Box Office Supervisor at Fee/Hedrick Family Entertainment, overseeing ticket sales and ensuring smooth operations. In 2019, C.J. Cletus "C.J." Tate, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Banking and Financial Services from Tennessee Technological University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Mars Hill University, from 2009 to 2013. C.J. also obtained a High School Diploma from Walnut Ridge High School in 2009.
