Josiah Douglas is a seasoned software engineer at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since May 2021, specializing in JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming, and the ServiceNow platform to enhance and integrate core modules. Prior experience as an application developer at Ensono involved collaborative efforts to improve the ServiceNow platform. Josiah's foundational training in software development took place at the Arkansas Coding Academy, complemented by diverse roles in education and therapy, including a behavior therapist and teacher assistant for special education. Josiah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Religious Studies from Grove City College and a TEFL certification from a program in Paris.
