Tina Osborne

Tina Osborne has over 35 years of experience in various roles within the telecommunications and health insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Marketing and Event Specialist at Citizens Telephone Cooperative since April 2020, Tina previously worked for Citizens as a Billing Specialist from April 1999 to April 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior COB Benefit Analyst at Anthem from September 1988 to April 1999, where Tina managed the coordination of health insurance benefits for customers with multiple insurances, Medicare, and workers' compensation for the Federal Employee Program.
