Michelle Stark

Michelle Stark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since June 2011, Michelle is responsible for strategic evaluation and planning related to quality assurance performance within the Consumer and Agent Services department. Additionally, Michelle holds the position of Director of Quality Improvement at Citizens Inc. Previous roles include Technical Account Manager at SilkRoad Technology and Corporate IT Operations Manager at Taleo, where Michelle managed a team of engineers and provided comprehensive IT support. Michelle began their career at Prudential Investments, where various roles included Call Center Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.
