Jessé Gusmão Ferreira

Jessé Gusmão Ferreira has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Jessé currently holds the position of Head Of Information Technology at Citrosuco, a role they began in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Information Technology at GTM Holdings from 2017 to 2021. Ferreira also worked as an IT Manager at Software Express from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they were the Head of Information Technology at Multigrain - Uma empresa do Grupo Mitsui & Co. from 2014 to 2016. Ferreira gained experience as an IT Manager at Prosegur from 2013 to 2014. Jessé previously served as an IT Manager (PMO) at Construtora Camargo Corrêa from 2012 to 2013. Ferreira started their career as an ICT Consultant at JGF, where they worked on various projects for large companies in Brazil, the United States, the Bahamas, Mexico, and Argentina from 1992 to 2006. Throughout their career, Ferreira has demonstrated expertise in ICT strategy planning, project management, budget management, infrastructure management, and relationship management. Jessé has led successful projects in areas such as SAP implementation, unified communications, cost optimization, and IT service management.

Jessé Gusmão Ferreira has a strong educational background in data science, business management, project management, and information technology. In 1998, they obtained a degree in Information Technology from UNIESP - Faculdades Hebraico Brasileira Renascença. Following that, in 2006, they completed a post-graduation program in Project Management at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA. In 2010, they pursued an MBA in Management and Business at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Most recently, in 2019, Jessé attended Harvard University, where they specialized in Data Science, focusing on Data Analytics, Statistics, Big Data, and Machine Learning. Additionally, they hold certifications in Cobit 4.1 from ISACA, ITIL® V3 Foundation from Exin, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
