Chris Hasvold

Chris Hasvold is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership and brokerage roles. Since May 1993, Chris has served as Broker and Owner at Coldwell Banker Village Properties, overseeing over 7,000 transactions totaling $2 billion in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area. In addition, Chris is the Owner/Broker of Village Property Management, Inc., and Broker/Owner of Village Escrow Services, Inc. Chris holds multiple leadership positions, including Board Chair at California Regional MLS and REdistribute, and Director at the California Association of REALTORS®. With a strong commitment to the real estate community, Chris also serves as a Certified Mediator/Arbitrator and Board President for the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, as well as a zipForm Certified Trainer. Chris’ educational background includes studies at UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine.
