Richard C. Bulman

Richard C. Bulman serves as Corporate Counsel for City Labs.

Mr. Bulman has counseled emerging, growth and Fortune 500 companies with global operations within the computer, electronic commerce, financial services, life sciences, information and media technology, specialty manufacturing and telecommunications industries.

He has served in executive and legal positions with such organizations as Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (now K&L/Gates), AkermanSenterfitt, American Lawyer Media, LLC, Diversified Communications Industries, Ltd. and the State of New York. Mr. Bulman holds a B.A. from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at The University at Albany and a J.D. from the Faculty of Law and Jurisprudence at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
