Estelle Baylis

Estelle Baylis is a seasoned creative professional with over 19 years of experience in motion design and visual storytelling. Currently serving as Creative Director for Jacobs Europe since February 2019, Estelle leads a team focused on animators and videographers to enhance client narratives. As a tutor at City Lit College, Estelle teaches Adobe Illustrator, drawing on a rich history of educational roles, including past positions at SAE Institute. Prior experience includes freelance work as Creative Director at Estelle Baylis Design Limited, and leadership roles at Radley Yeldar and Redbee Media, where Estelle developed and directed numerous projects for high-profile clients such as the BBC. Estelle holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from Coventry University.
