Stephanie Rieder

Stephanie Rieder is an experienced recruiter currently managing full-cycle high-volume recruiting efforts for the City of Ann Arbor since October 2019. In this role, Stephanie focuses on sourcing candidates, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing data to drive hiring decisions. Prior to this, Stephanie held various positions at XPO Logistics, Inc., including Inside Sales Account Representative and National Sales Support Specialist Senior, providing supply chain solutions and maintaining customer relationships. Stephanie also served as a Senior HR Specialist, managing recruitment efforts, and worked as an Admin Coordinator at the University of Michigan from 1996 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a degree from Baker College.
