Pamela Holmes has over 30 years of experience in budget management and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior System Administrator and Database Administrator for the City of Atlanta since February 2010, Pamela has played a crucial role in the implementation of PBCS and ERP software applications. Previously, as a Budget & Policy Manager, responsibilities included oversight of annual and biennial operating budgets and financial planning processes. Before this role, Pamela worked at the Marion County Clerk's Office as an Assistant Budget Director, designing and maintaining budget programs in Access and preparing analytical reports for County Commissioners. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
