Leslie West

Leslie West, MS-HRM, currently serves as a Mission Support Officer at the United States Department of the Air Force, managing Officer Career Management programs for a large Wing with over 6,200 members across global locations. Previously, Leslie worked as an HR Manager for the City of Baltimore, providing strategic HR consultation and policy support to executive leadership, and has held roles as a Human Resources Generalist II and Faculty Relationship Manager at 2U, where Leslie excelled in recruitment, onboarding, and faculty relations. Additional experience includes managing enrollment operations at Connections Education and overseeing HR functions at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Leslie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from North Carolina State University.
