Mercel Williams, CCAP, currently works in Human Resources at the City of Beaumont. Prior to this role, Mercel served in various positions at the Government of Alberta and the Office of the Child and Youth Advocate. With a background in administration, Mercel holds the Canadian Certified Administrative Professional Certificate and Designation from the University of Alberta.
