Angela Kennedy, P.E., CFM is currently the Director of Development Services/City Engineer at the City of Buda, TX. Prior to this, Angela held roles such as Senior Planning Engineer at Aqua Strategies, Elected Official on the Buda City Council, Engineer at DSHS - Central Office, and Project Manager at the Texas Water Development Board. Angela's expertise includes water resources infrastructure assessments and planning, water conservation studies, and water quality assessments. Angela holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering, and Biochemistry.
