Joe Thomas (Winslow)

Winslow Joe Thomas is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Administrator for the City of Camden since February 2012, focusing on community collaboration and enhancing the business landscape. Additionally, Winslow is the Founder and CEO of Joe Jet Rental Real Estate Investment LLC, managing a diverse real estate portfolio through buying, leasing, and sales. Winslow also held the position of Vice President at the Greater Philadelphia Golf and Country Club from 2013 to 2016. Winslow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from Thomas Edison State University.
