Natasha MacDougall

Natasha MacDougall has a diverse range of work experience in customer experience and management roles. Natasha is currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at the City of Casey since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager - Solutions Consulting at Medallia from March 2021 to March 2023. Natasha also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at InMoment from June 2020 to February 2021. Natasha has also worked as a Customer Experience Advisor and Product Owner - Voice of the Customer at Auckland Transport from March 2019 to July 2020 and from June 2018 to March 2019, respectively. Natasha served as a Workstream Lead - Client Transformation at ACC New Zealand from May 2011 to June 2018.
