Phil Freebairn

Phil Freebairn has over 30 years of experience in community safety and business management. Currently serving as a Community Safety Field Officer and previously holding multiple roles at the City of Casey, including Community Safety Project Officer and School Crossings Assistant Coordinator, Phil has demonstrated a strong commitment to community safety initiatives since joining the organization in October 2008. Prior experience includes ownership of Pool Care Products Pty Ltd from April 1995 to June 2014 and management of Noosa Pool Care from July 1990 to July 2000, specializing in swimming pool services and supplies. Phil holds a Certificate IV in Authorised Officer Local Laws & Parking from Swinburne University of Technology.
