Shannon G. is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Celina since June 2021, Shannon has previously held roles such as HR Generalist at Danone and HR Business Partner at BIC, where responsibilities included recruiting, performance management, and union relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Human Resources Director for the Town of Branford, overseeing payroll and compliance with labor regulations. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Investigative Services with a minor in Accounting from the University of New Haven.
